We empower Dalit, women and socially excluded communities by building leadership, raising awareness of their rights, developing skills, and creating educational opportunities. Our work helps people participate in decisions that affect their lives, become economically independent, live with dignity, and work towards equality and justice.
We support them in building confidence, developing leadership skills, and taking an active role in their communities. Through training and mentoring, we help them raise their voices, participate in decision-making, and lead positive change.
We support survivors of caste- and gender-based violence through legal assistance, access to social welfare schemes, mental well-being support, safety measures, and rehabilitation—helping them rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence.
We help people understand and exercise their legal rights through legal counselling, court support, and community rights awareness workshops—enabling them to access justice and protect their rights and dignity.
We raise awareness about rights, social welfare schemes, education, health, and livelihood opportunities. Through community outreach and awareness sessions, we help people understand their entitlements, access available services, and make informed decisions for a better future.
We strengthen people’s skills and capacities through leadership development programmes, specialized training, exposure visits, and opportunities to develop writing, documentation, and communication skills.
Documenting what communities and survivors experience, producing fact-finding reports, and sharing evidence that can help shape meaningful change.
Engaging government institutions, law-enforcement agencies, and international forums to strengthen policy implementation.
Responding when communities are in crisis with immediate relief, food, medical assistance, and support during emergencies and disasters.
